In 1999, Taiwanese-Americans Ben Liao and April Tsao established Signet Tours in Los Angeles. At that time, there were limited quality tour options for the Chinese-American community. Their mission was clear: despite the uncertainties of the future, they aimed to provide every VIP who chose a Signet tour with a sense of confidence before departure and a fulfilling experience upon their return.

By 2008, Vietnam Wonder was born as the sister brand to cater to English-language travelers with the same straightforward mission—to make it easy for travelers to find a trustworthy tour company and to deliver the highest quality, most rewarding tours for everyone.

Though our two brands cater to different audiences, we remain committed to our founding philosophy: to meticulously design and manage every aspect of our tours, from start to finish, ensuring our travelers have unforgettable experiences.
