1. Acceptance

A. By using or accessing Vietnamwonder in any form, including Data Feeds, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Guidelines of Vietnamwonder, you have the right not to use our services.

B. While we may attempt to notify you of significant changes to these Terms, you should review the latest updates periodically. ChanhTuoi Review may modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Nothing in these Terms shall be considered as granting third-party rights or benefits.

2. ChanhTuoi Review Account

A. To share new promotions, you need to create a ChanhTuoi Review account. You are solely responsible for activities occurring under your account and must keep your password secure. You must notify Vietnamwonder immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized account use.

B. Your personal account information is securely maintained by Vietnamwonder and used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Content

A. Content related to promotions, discount codes, and free gifts from businesses, stores, and e-commerce websites is the main focus of Vietnamwonder. Any other content, including but not limited to advertisements, classifieds, violence, pornography, and vulgar language, is not encouraged and may be removed.

B. Business employees are not allowed to post promotional content about their own company on Vietnamwonder to ensure objectivity. However, they may share promotions, discount codes, and free gifts from other brands.

C. The Discussion section includes experiences, guides, and Q&A from the community. Advertising and spam content may be removed.

D. Any act of sharing pirated software, copyright-infringing content, or spreading malware is strictly prohibited.

E. The comment section is public, and you may express your opinions about any content on Vietnamwonder. However, we do not support boycott campaigns, fraudulent activities, or language inciting violence, hostility, or discrimination based on religion or region.

F. You are allowed to include affiliate links from any entity on Vietnamwonder, provided that the content remains objective and useful to users. Spamming or copying content is considered invalid. In all cases, Vietnamwonder has the final decision.

4. Account Termination

A. Vietnamwonder reserves the right to terminate your account access in cases of repeated violations.

B. We also have the right to remove content posted by your account if it violates the Terms and Community Guidelines.

5. General Terms

All content is considered to be governed under the laws of Bayern, Deutschland, DE. These Terms are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in Bayern.
